Mr. Christa is the founder of Christa Development and Construction Corporation responsible for the general oversight of the firm and oversees the activities from design through construction. He supports the team in identifying new real estate opportunities as well as facilitating overall company growth.
An entrepreneur who has started and built a number of businesses infused in the real estate industry from construction, construction management to development.
Mr. Christa has over 40 years of general real estate experience encompassing development, financing, management and sales with a focus on New York and Florida. He has participated in substantial projects within the residential, commercial, private, and retail sectors.
Mr. Christa’s passion to assist organizations that uplift children with mental and physical disabilities has afforded him placement on general boards such as Co-chair of the Golisano Childrens Hospital emeritus, Mary Cariola Center, Make a wish Foundation, Camp Good Days and Special Times and Pirates Toy Funds. Over the years he has been a part of the Builders Exchange of Rochester, The Greater Rochester Enterprise, The Rochester Police Foundation, Rochester Downtown Development Corp, New York State Troopers, and a Nazareth College board member.
Ian Denaro has been with Christa Development and Construction Corp. since 2023 and is responsible for overseeing Finance, Legal, and IT/Marketing activities; as well as being actively involved in design, pre-development and construction management for all projects.
Having graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance and Business Law, his involvement with our New Development Housing projects has proven exceptionally useful and has resulted in numerous successful projects.
Jonathan Fronczek is a Director of Development at Christa Development and Construction, focused on bringing complex real estate projects to life, from early vision through final delivery. His work spans student housing, mixed-use, and hospitality developments, with experience advancing large-scale urban, high-profile, and campus-oriented communities across multiple markets.
Coming from an early background in construction and civil engineering, Jonathan approaches development with a builder’s mindset, grounded in cost, constructability, and getting projects across the finish line. He plays a hands-on role across entitlements, capital structuring, and construction execution, guiding projects from concept through completion.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Florida and is motivated by building projects that not only perform financially, but also create meaningful, lasting places.
